The SMA StairCraft Awards recognize the best staircase projects of our industry in Aesthetics, Stair Safety, Quality Workmanship, and Technical Challenge. Contestants are SMA members and they compete anonymously. Each entrant has certified that the entry met the code as enforced in the local jurisdiction of the stairway project.
The awards are judged by their peers in the industry. There is no higher honor. Voting by the SMA membership took place March 18 – 28, 2022. For more information regarding the rules of the competition, please review the 2022 Participant’s Guide.
